Breakfast Parfait

1 cup Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
2 cartons (8 oz. each) vanilla nonfat or low-fat yogurt
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
2 tablespoons sliced almonds (Optional)
2 cups sliced fresh or frozen strawberries

In medium bowl, combine oats, yogurt, pineapple and almonds; mix well.
Cover, refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days. To serve, layer oat mixture
and strawberries in 4 parfait glasses. Garnish with additional strawberries.
Serve chilled.
